the Elite 4 Package
Elite 4 Bed Bug Heater Rental
The Elite 4 is the largest package we rent — an all-in-one heater and fan combo built for larger homes and multi-room jobs where you want to treat more space in one run rather than sequencing through the house all day.

What this page covers
What the Elite 4 is sized for, what its power requirement means in a real Houston house, when it is the right package, and when one of the smaller ones will do the same job for less. Delivery, pickup and training come with it like every other rental.
What "All-In-One" Actually Buys You
On the smaller packages the heater output and the air movement are separate things you position separately. The Elite 4 combines the heater and its fan configuration in one setup, which changes two practical things.
The first is setup time. There is less to place, less to aim and fewer cords to route, so you are running sooner. On a whole home job where you are treating four or five spaces in a day, twenty minutes saved on each reposition is most of an hour recovered.
The second is consistency across a bigger volume of air. A larger heater output paired with matched fans holds a wider spread of space above 118°F— and above 122°F, the temperature that kills bed bug eggs — without the far corner lagging. You still verify that with the temperature probe rather than assuming it. The probe is what tells you the far side of the room is treated; the equipment only tells you it is running.
The physics are identical to every other package. Around 135°F ambient, held for four to five hours per treated area. The Elite 4 does not treat faster. It treats more at once.
What Varies & Why Bigger is Sometimes Wrong
No two houses in this metro heat the same way.
Room Count
The Elite 4 earns its keep on three-plus rooms, and it earns it most when those rooms are adjacent.
Bedrooms clustered down one hallway can be treated in sequence with short repositions.
The same room count spread across two floors is a different job, and often a better fit for a smaller package over an extended rental across two days.
Electrical Capacity
Higher heater output requires more power, and older Houston, Sugar Land, inner-loop, Humble, and Baytown homes with 100-amp panels may have limited capacity, requiring heaters to run on separate circuits to prevent breaker trips and treatment delays.
Clutter
A large heater does not defeat clutter. Boxes and bags stacked against a wall stay cool in the middle no matter what is running in the doorway, and that is where survivors come from. Clearing walls and floors properly does more for the outcome than any package upgrade.

Honest Limits
The Elite 4 does not cover a whole house at once. Nothing we rent does. You are still working room-by-room, and a whole home job is a sequence, not a single switch.
It also does not reach into wall voids. Trailer construction and some older framing have spaces bed bugs move into, and heat that never gets into the cavity never kills what is in it.
Same for rooms far enough from the equipment to sit as cold spots.
And heat does not prevent re-infestation. It kills what is present on the day.
There is no guarantee attached to this package or any other, and the outcome depends far more on your preparation than on which heater is sitting in the hallway.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Elite 4
What size space does this package cover?
Think in rooms rather than a square footage number, because layout and power change the answer more than floor area does. The Elite 4 is the package we send to larger homes and multi-room jobs, and in most houses electrical capacity is what caps it, a 100-amp panel will limit what you can run alongside the rest of the house.
How many rooms can I treat at once with it?
In practice you treat one space at a time and sequence through the others, even with the largest package. Where the Elite 4 helps is that each reposition is faster and each treated area is larger, so a three or four bedroom sequence fits inside a day instead of running past the pickup window. Start with the bedrooms, that is where bed bugs concentrate, then work outward.
What is included in this package?
The heater and its matched fan configuration, extension cords, and a temperature probe so you can read the far corner rather than guess at it. Delivery, setup with you, training and pickup are part of the rental period, not extras.
Is this enough for my situation, or do I need something different?
If you are treating one bedroom, the Elite 4 is more package than you need and the Pro Heat 100 will do the same work. If you are treating a large or heavily cluttered house, the honest answer is often not a bigger heater but a second day, the limit is your time and your preparation, not output. We would rather size you down than sell you up and have you rushing.
What does this package cost and what is the deposit?
Call for the current rate and ask about the deposit and the extra-day rate in the same conversation, we would rather tell you upfront than surprise you at pickup.
