Customer Reviews
We will start with the honest part: this business does not have a wall of reviews. What it has is two written pieces of customer feedback, both quoted below exactly as they were written, ellipses and all — we do not have the full text and we are not going to invent the rest — and a standing request to anyone who has rented from us recently to leave a public one.
What this page covers
What two customers wrote about renting from us, what we think it tells you, why there is not more of it here, and how to leave a review if you have already rented.
What customers have said
“I was a little unsure about using a heating company but I am so glad that I did. The company delivers and setup the equipment…”
— Sharon S., April 2021
“Great job guys, I will definitely pass your information to others. Great instructions on how to set up area…”
— Antwon W., July 2020
What both of them are actually saying
Read those two together and notice what is missing. Neither one praises the equipment.
Sharon opens by admitting she was unsure about the whole idea — and that is the honest starting point for almost everyone who calls. Nobody has run bed bug heat equipment before. The worry is never that the heater will not get hot; it is that you will do it wrong and waste a day. What she credits is the delivery and the setup.
Antwon says the same thing from the other end: the instructions on how to set the area up. Not the heaters. The instructions.
That is why delivery here is a walkthrough rather than a drop-off. We position the first room with you, cover where the fans go and why airflow matters more than raw output, how to run cords onto separate electrical circuits so you do not trip a breaker halfway through the afternoon, and how to read the temperature monitoring. The whole process is set out here.
Why There are Not More Reviews Here
Because there are not more to publish. There is no public Google rating for this business yet, so there is no star count on this page and no rating in the code behind it. Plenty of sites in this trade display numbers that do not survive being checked; we would rather show you two real quotes and say plainly that they are the two we have.
If you want the kind of reassurance a review normally provides, ask for it directly. Call and describe your rooms, and ask what could go wrong, what the equipment does not do, and whether renting is the wrong call for your house. You will get a straight answer, including "hire somebody" if that is the honest one.
If you have rented from us
You are the reason this page will look different in six months. A public review is worth more than anything we could write ourselves, and it takes about two minutes.
If you’d rather contact us directly, you can call or email us. And one request: tell us what you actually experienced, not what you think we want to hear. “The setup took longer than I expected” is more helpful to the next person than simply saying “great service.”
Ask Us the Questions You Would Ask a Review
Describe your rooms and ask what worries you. We will tell you what the equipment does, what it does not do, and what people find harder than they expected.
