We are a service-area business — we deliver bed bug heat equipment to customers and do not operate a location open to the public.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you call or use the message form, you give us some or all of the following: your name, phone number, email address, the city or area you are in, how many rooms you are treating, and whatever you write in the message. If you go on to rent equipment, we also collect a delivery address and payment information.

Like most websites, this site collects standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the site you arrived from. This site uses Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools connected to it.
What we use it for
We use what you give us to answer your question, size the equipment for your rooms, quote a rate, arrange a delivery and collection, take payment, and handle anything that comes up during the rental. We use the automatic data to see which pages people find useful and to keep the site working.
We do not use your information to send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share it only with the service providers who make the business run — the website host, the payment processor, and the analytics providers described above — and only to the extent they need it to do that job. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and rental records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
Your choices

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
